Serve in Student Ministries

Confirmation Teacher 

Be one of a teaching pair/couple who leads students through the confirmation journey. Facilitate a group of students in learning basics of faith. Wesleyan heritage, and church membership. Come alongside students as they make decisions to follow Christ and join the church. Curriculum is in place! VOLUNTEER.

Student Welcome Center Volunteer 

Staff the Student Ministries Welcome Center on Sunday mornings, one month per year, by giving directions, answering questions, and collecting data. VOLUNTEER.

Team 4:12 Leader

Attend a weekly Middle School Program on Wednesday evenings. Build relationships with Middle School students and work closely with student leaders, in large and small group settings, providing support, encouragement, and advice. VOLUNTEER.

Work with coordinator to help lead a Human Sexuality workshop for Middle School students. Facilitate a small group of students in provided curriculum. VOLUNTEER.

studentlife Leader

Serve as a small group leader weekly to build relationships with students while being a part of Sunday night activities. VOLUNTEER.

Sunday School Teacher (Grades 7-12)

Build relationships with students by teaching or helping teach a Sunday School class one month at a time, three times per year. VOLUNTEER.

University Sunday School

Help lead and plan the Sunday School Class for college-aged students (10:00 AM). Relate to students through teaching, writing notes, and investing time. VOLUNTEER.

Middle School Event Helper

Help with decorations, food preparations, chaperone, and clean-up for special events. VOLUNTEER.

Middle School Prayer Coordinator 

Develop, communicate, and implement a team of volunteers designed to pray specifically for Middle School students, families, staff, and programs. VOLUNTEER.

Sunday Snack Supper Support

Serve on a team four Sunday evenings each semester in serving youth meals, setting up, and staffing the game area. VOLUNTEER.

Student Drama Team Coordinator 

Help with skits for Sunday night studentlife and other youth meetings (Youth Sunday, etc.). VOLUNTEER.

Student Ministry Bus Driver

Drive students to events or on retreats. VOLUNTEER.

Student Ministry Sound Technician  

Provide knowledgeable assistance in the Student Ministries Worship Center during weekly Student Ministry events, including Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening. VOLUNTEER.

Local Mission Coordinator

Work with staff to facilitate Middle School students into various local service and short-term missions. Help with summer mission camp. Plan new and creative acts of service. VOLUNTEER.
