Serve in Congregational Care Ministries

Access Ministries

Support individuals with disabilities who wish to have an active role in the life of the Church. Team members may choose to be a classroom helper, provide 1:1 assistance, or help with community events such as Kids Night Out and Vacation Bible School. VOLUNTEER.

 

Caring, Grief, and Loss

Serve on a ministry team that provides comfort and support through cards, letters, and other literature for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. VOLUNTEER.

 

Flower Ministry

Arrange and take altar flowers to Central members in the hospital and elder care. VOLUNTEER.

 

Adult Team Ministry

Visiting with Central's retirement home members, home-bound members, nursing home members, etc. VOLUNTEER.

 

Stephen Ministry

Provide one-on-one trained ministry to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and difficulties, i.e. hurting, struggling, discouraged, stressed, confused, or broken. VOLUNTEER.

 

In Jesus' Name Prayer Ministry

Pray in the prayer chapel for requests that come over the telephone prayer line and email each week. VOLUNTEER.

 

Intercessory Prayer Team

Be a part of a prayer chain praying for urgent concerns and passing them to the next person on the team. VOLUNTEER.

 

Pastor's Sunday Morning Prayer Team

Pray with the pastors to seek God's blessing on all of Sunday's activities before the worship services begin. Meets weekly at 8:15 in the Parlor. VOLUNTEER.
