CCC Programs

Full time

The full-time, weekday program of Central’s Center for Children is licensed by the state of Arkansas and is accredited through the Arkansas’ Better Beginnings Program. This means that the center voluntarily meets or exceeds the regulated standards of a high quality center and provides an outstanding environment for young children.

Operating hours are 7:30 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, January through December.

Meals and snacks are provided and meet the guidelines of the USDA Adult and Child Nutrition Program. Current immunizations must be provided at time of enrollment.

Central’s Center for Children: 

• Has low student-teacher ratios
• Uses The Creative Curriculum and Arkansas Frameworks 
• Holds a weekly Chapel program for ages 3 and above with CUMC’s children’s ministers
• Children are “learning by doing”
• Children have many age-appropriate learning choices for enhanced activities and experiences during the day
• Children are treated with respect and taught to respect others

Part-Time Program - Hand in Hand Learning Center

Hand in Hand is a year-round, part time preschool program that meets two days a week and is fully licensed by the state of Arkansas. We are very proud to announce that this program has the Better Beginnings accreditation. The program serves children ages 6 weeks through       pre-kindergarten. 

Operating hours are Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. The program follows Fayetteville Public School’s schedule for holidays and breaks. 

A breakfast snack and lunch are provided and meet the guidelines of the USDA Adult and Child Nutrition program. Current immunizations must be provided at time of enrollment.

• Has a weekly Chapel program for ages 3 and above with CUMC’s children’s ministers

After-school /Summer - Camp Central 

Camp Central after-school program is licensed by the state of Arkansas and is accredited through the Arkansas’ Better Beginnings Program. This means that the center voluntarily meets or exceeds the regulated standards of a high quality center and provides an outstanding environment for children.
